Community Guidelines

The house rules that keep Rally safe, fair, and fun for every player and club in the Philippines.

Respect everyone

Treat fellow players, captains, and venue staff with kindness. No harassment, hate speech, bullying, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, ability, or background.

Be a good sport

Play fair, follow the rules of the game, and respect referees and opponents. Win or lose, keep it classy. No cheating, sandbagging, or disruptive behavior.

Keep it real

No fake clubs, impersonation, or misleading information. Clubs must represent a real group of players. Do not create duplicate or spam clubs.

No scams or fraud

Never collect payments under false pretenses, misrepresent fees, or use the platform to defraud members or venues. Dues and meet fees must be clearly disclosed.

No harmful content

No violence, threats, sexual content, illegal activity, or content that endangers minors. Keep all club pages, meets, and posts appropriate for a sports community.

Honor bookings & venues

When you book a court through Rally, show up and pay as agreed. Respect venue rules, staff, and facilities. No-shows hurt your club and the venue.

What happens if rules are broken

  • 1. Anyone can report a club. Our moderation team reviews every report.
  • 2. Depending on severity, we may warn the captain, hide the club, or suspend it.
  • 3. Serious or repeated violations lead to permanent removal and account action.
  • 4. False or malicious reports may result in action against the reporter.

These guidelines may update as the community grows. By creating or joining a club on Rally, you agree to follow them.
